Whether you are an articling student sent to bail out the law firm’s client on the weekend or a Crown Attorney or Criminal Defence lawyer, you need to be effective and efficient at bail applications.  This program will help you with that goal.

The panel, a Crown Attorney, a Defence Counsel and Judges Tim Killeen and Dale Harvey, will walk you through the steps from the arrest of the client to the bail application hearing, offering advice that is relevant to rural and urban practice.
