Legal Counsel – KGS Group

KGS Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal team in our Winnipeg office. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined company, are enthusiastic, dedicated and interested in a career as in-house counsel, then you will enjoy this opportunity.

In this role, you will provide timely and effective legal advice to all levels of management on a variety of matters including general corporate matters, contracts, acquisitions, financing, employment, litigation, intellectual property, risk management and corporate governance.

The Legal Counsel will report to the General Counsel and work alongside the legal team to provide day to day legal advice related to contracts and other legal matters for departments and/or regions.
