Participation requested in brief online survey Examining Forensic Expert Witness Mental Health Evaluations from a Judicial Perspective regarding how judges and lawyers perceive forensic mental health professionals’ credibility in the context of mental health assessments.
This survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and your responses will be confidential. You may also participate in a chance of winning one of five $100 gift cards after completing the survey! This research project has been approved by the Research Ethics Board at the University of Manitoba Fort Garry campus.
To qualify, you must be:
- A judge or lawyer working in Canada or the USA
- Working in criminal or litigation law
