By resolution of a Panel of the Discipline Committee of The Law Society of Manitoba, GISELE RITA CHAMPAGNE was found guilty of professional misconduct and incompetence. She was ordered to be disbarred and her name struck from the Rolls of Barristers and Solicitors of the Society.
