Lawyers who held practising status in Manitoba at any time in 2023 are required to file their Annual Member Report (AMR) by Monday, April 1, 2024.
This report includes:
- Reporting any updates to the lawyer’s contact and practice profile information.
- Verifying compliance with LSM rules -This includes confirmation that lawyers have met their annual MCPD requirements and all completed MCPD activities are accurately reported in their CPD tracker.
- If applicable, completing the Law Corporation renewal and/or Trust Account Supervisor sections of the AMR.
