A registered law student may practise law under the supervision of a practising lawyer.
Admission Requirements
- Submit an application
- Provide proof that you are enrolled in a law degree program
- Pay a fee
- Provide any other documentation that is required
- Be approved to practise law under the control, supervision and authority of a practising lawyer.
Registration as a law student is for a period of one year but can be renewed prior to the expiration.
The chief executive officer may withdraw a law student’s registration at any time.
