Make a Difference as a Crown Prosecutor!

North Battleford Public Prosecutions seeks candidates to deliver justice through fair and effective prosecutions under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, and other statutes. You’ll handle criminal, quasi-criminal, and regulatory cases in Provincial and King’s Bench Courts, including trials, docket work, and appeals. Duties include legal opinions, advising police, and participating in legal education.

Qualifications: Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, strong oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, case management, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office. Litigation experience is an asset.
