In this role, you’ll draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements, prepare contest rules and waivers, support trademark and league-related matters, and provide guidance on labour and employment issues. You’ll partner closely with teams across Sales & Services, Marketing, Event Management, People & Culture, and Hockey Operations to deliver practical, timely legal advice.

You will also help manage corporate filings, legal correspondence, and document systems, support litigation tracking, and contribute to privacy compliance under PIPEDA, GDPR, and CASL. This role further provides legal assistance to the True North Youth Foundation and keeps internal partners informed on emerging legal trends.

North Battleford Public Prosecutions seeks candidates to deliver justice through fair and effective prosecutions under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, and other statutes. You’ll handle criminal, quasi-criminal, and regulatory cases in Provincial and King’s Bench Courts, including trials, docket work, and appeals. Duties include legal opinions, advising police, and participating in legal education.

Qualifications: Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, strong oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, case management, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office. Litigation experience is an asset.
