Today we recognize the incredible contributions of First Nations, Metis and Inuit peoples and celebrate their diverse cultures, traditions and legal orders, from which all Canadians have benefitted immensely. The Law Society remains committed to working toward reconciliation with Indigenous peoples. We are proud to have recently welcomed our first Indigenous Vice–President, Sacha Paul and will soon announce the members of our new Indigenous Advisory Committee, which will help guide us in the important work ahead.

  • The National Film Board has assembled a collection of Indigenous cinema from the last 30 years.
