Part-Time Practicing Fees Survey

The Law Society’s part-time practising fees pilot program is scheduled to end on March 31, 2027. To help determine the future of the program and its criteria, we are seeking feedback from across the profession.

We want to hear from practising lawyers, non-practising lawyers, and articling students, regardless of whether you have utilized or plan to utilize the program. Please share your thoughts by completing this short, 10-minute survey.

This initiative recognizes that not all lawyers fit the traditional model of full-time practice. It aims to promote greater equity, diversity, and inclusion in Manitoba’s legal profession by providing flexibility to lawyers with caregiving responsibilities, as well as those with their own illness or disability.
