This year’s theme for World Mental Health Day is Making Mental Health & Well-Being for All a Global Priority. Supporting meaningful health and wellness in the profession remains a top priority for the Law Society.

It’s perfectly normal to have ups and downs and it is also perfectly normal to talk about that and sometimes to get extra support for whatever is going on. Depending on what is happening in your life and career one or more of the following programs may be beneficial in protecting your mental health.

  • Law(yer) Strong
Offering confidential and non-judgmental support from someone who has ‘been there’, your independent confidential peer support organization is here to help improve and enhance the health of the Manitoba legal community. • Manitoba Blue Cross Employee Assistance Program
