2026 – 2027 Professional Liability Insurance Assessment Notice

The Professional Liability Insurance Assessment Notice for the policy period covering July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2027, was sent to the profession on Monday, June 1, 2026.

All practising lawyers are required to submit their Professional Liability Claims Fund contribution or, if applicable a completed Exemption Form on or before July 2, 2026.
