Fees are pro-rated for lawyers entering or resuming practice. Contact the Law Society for an individualized invoice.

Refunds will be pro-rated on a monthly basis, calculated from the first of the month following receipt of the application to withdraw from practice.
Refunds will be payable to the party who paid the practising fee, unless the Society is advised otherwise.
A refund fee of $100 plus GST will be applied to all refunds.
A refund will not be permitted where the net refund is less than $200.
Refunds are not permitted if the member has been suspended or disbarred.
