Senior Legal Counsel
The University of Winnipeg is hiring a full-time continuing Senior Counsel. The Senior Counsel’s primary role is to support the Office of the General Counsel in the delivery of legal services with particular emphasis in the areas of contract review, drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, corporate transactions, property, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Counsel may be required to conduct legal research and provide assistance in the provision of legal opinions as well as being responsible directly for provision of legal opinions and advice.
The salary range for this position will be from $115,567 to $146,397 annually.
