The Richard J. Scott Award is presented annually by the Law Society of Manitoba to an individual who advances the rule of law through advocacy, litigation, teaching, research or writing. The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 28.

For the past 12 years, the Law Society has had the good fortune to have had Mr. Scott chair the Selection Committee. With his passing, the Law Society remains committed to continue this important work with the deepest honour and respect for Mr. Scott.
