Pursuant to a resolution of a Panel of the Discipline Committee of The Law Society of Manitoba, PAOLO GIUSEPPE ANTONIO AQUILA was found guilty of professional misconduct and is suspended from the practice of law for a period of thirty (30) days, commencing on December 1, 2024 through to and including December 30, 2024.
