Survey on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and other technologies in the legal field in Canada
Is your work related to the justice system or legal language professions in Canada? Whether you are a legal professional (lawyer, notary, judge, etc.), a legal language professional (interpreter, editor, translator, etc.), or hold another position within the justice system (public servant, court clerk, bailiff, stenographer, etc.), we want to know what you think.
Purpose of the survey
This survey is part of a research study on the role and impact of artificial intelligence in the production (drafting, revision, translation, popularization, etc.) of legal texts in Canada. It aims to collect evidence-based data on the realities, practices, and challenges associated with the use of AI and other technologies in the legal field in Canada.
Duration
The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Votre travail est-il lié au système de justice ou au langage du droit au Canada? Que vous soyez spécialiste du droit (avocat, avocate, notaire, juge, etc.), spécialiste de la langue du droit (interprète, rédacteur, traductrice, etc.) ou que vous exerciez une autre fonction liée à la justice (fonctionnaire, greffière, huissier, sténographe, etc.), votre point de vue nous intéresse.
Raison d’être du sondage
Ce sondage s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet de recherche sur la place et l’effet de l’intelligence artificielle dans les activités de production (rédaction, révision, traduction, vulgarisation, etc.) de textes juridiques au Canada. Il vise à recueillir des données probantes sur les réalités, les pratiques et les enjeux associés à l’utilisation de l’IA et autres technologies connexes pour le droit au Canada.
