Volunteer Member of the Board of Directors – Mosaic Newcomer Family Resource Network Incorporated

General Responsibilities:
To ensure the Board achieves the goals it establishes each year. As per Mosaic’s By-laws – The Board will always seek to include a majority of individuals with lived experience as a newcomer to Canada within its membership.

We are looking for Board members who bring any of the following key characteristics:

• Working knowledge of marketing and communications
• Working knowledge of social enterprises
• Experience with succession planning
• Insight into the experience of newcomer parents and building cross cultural bridges
• Knowledge of the challenges facing marginalized newcomer communities
