Crown Prosecutor – Government of Saskatchewan – Ministry of Justice

Looking to practice law and make a meaningful impact? The Prince Albert Public Prosecutions Regional Office is hiring Crown Prosecutors. In this role, you will advance justice through fair and effective prosecutions under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, and various federal and provincial statutes. You’ll work with justice partners to support safe communities through trial work, docket court, appeals, legal opinions, and police consultation.

You must be eligible for membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, have strong oral and written communication, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage cases and meet deadlines. Computer proficiency is required; criminal litigation experience is an asset.

Work may include evenings, weekends, & travel. We offer competitive compensation, at least three weeks’ vacation, earned days off, statutory holidays, and full benefits after six months. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
