Legal Counsel – Conquest Planning Inc.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Legal Counsel will have a primary focus on supporting our organization as a commercial legal counsel. In this role, you will deliver proactive, practical, and business-focused legal advice across the company while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, partners, and suppliers.

As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers and partners across a wide range of commercial engagements. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong business judgment, technical aptitude, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties of the role include:

• Negotiate a wide variety of commercial arrangements or transactions on your own, or with the support of senior legal counsel.
• Work with legal leadership on legal projects such as M&A, intellectual property & data protection.
• Be part of a high performing, collaborative, proactive & practical team.
