Associate Lawyer – Bennet Waugh Family Law Corporation

Bennet Waugh Family Law Corporation invites applications for an associate lawyer. Our focus is family law, including family litigation and collaborative practice, and we provide services in the complementary areas of wills and estates, civil and estate litigation, and real estate. Practice area is not limited to family law but the successful candidate will receive an abundance of firm referrals in this practice area. We offer both a strong remuneration package, matching or superior to many firms, and consistent legal support staff. Applications will be considered when received.

This position is suited to a more senior lawyer wanting to practice family law or a complementary area in a collegial work environment with opportunity to mentor and receive assistance from more junior lawyers, or a more junior associate interested in further developing their practice through hands-on experience and mentorship.
