Associate – Estate Litigation – Tradition Law LLP

Tradition Law LLP is a boutique firm of ten lawyers practicing in all aspects of wills and estates law. We handle everything from simple wills to complex estate planning for high net-worth individuals. Our litigators appear at all levels of court in Alberta, Ontario, and Manitoba, and effectively use mediation to resolve disputes. Our in-house education keeps us current on both the law and trends, and we routinely present at CPDs in and out of Manitoba. We are looking to add another litigator to our team.

The ideal candidate needs neither a client list nor estate litigation experience but will have three to five years of experience in civil litigation. Our new lawyer will have an interest in learning all areas of estates law and developing expertise and a practice in a boutique setting.
