Crown Prosecutor – Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Justice

The Melfort Public Prosecutions Office is seeking Crown Prosecutors to support safe communities through fair and effective prosecutions under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, and other statutes. Duties include managing criminal and regulatory prosecutions, conducting docket and trial work, handling appeals, reviewing police reports, providing legal opinions, advising police, and participating in legal education.
