Qualifications include membership in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, strong communication, analytical, organizational, and case‑management skills, and proficiency with legal research tools.

Job Duties include conducting quasi‑criminal and regulatory prosecutions, providing legal opinions, advising investigative units, and participating in legal education.
