Labour lawyer required by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) for its Manitoba Regional Office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba (from March 6, 2026). Ideally, the candidate would be available to start as of February 10, 2025.
The Labour Lawyer will represent, advise, and assist the Manitoba Regional Director, staff representatives, and local unions in a wide range of legal matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services and advice to the officers and staff of the union, and for the representation of CUPE and its Manitoba locals in various legal matters including arbitration, labour board, human rights and civil litigation.
