Habing Laviolette is a well-established law firm located in St. James. We are a small, collegial office that values professional autonomy, mentorship, and balance. Lawyers are trusted and supported in building and managing their own practices.

There is no billable-hour requirement. Our office closes at 4:30 p.m., observes a one-hour lunch break, and offers free parking.

Our core practice areas include Family, Wills & Estates, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Real Estate. We are also open to additional areas, including litigation.

We are seeking a lawyer who values independence and a sustainable work environment. Applicants must be in good standing with the Law Society of Manitoba and have a minimum of two years post-call experience. This position is not intended for articling students. Preference will be given to more experienced candidates.
