Starting Salary: starting at $99,000 (based on a 35-hour work week and commensurate with individual education and experience, as it relates to the position).
Location: Remote or hybrid in any DUC office across Canada.

Reporting to the General Counsel, Governance and Corporate Secretary, the Legal Counsel will be a changemaker in supporting preservation and protection of Canada’s environment, reducing our collective carbon footprint, and supporting innovative approaches to biodiversity by providing legal research, advice and contract creation, and dispute resolution in the areas of real estate, construction, environmental, corporate, and commercial law.
