In this role, you will provide timely and effective legal advice to all levels of management on a variety of matters including general corporate matters, contracts, acquisitions, financing, employment, litigation, intellectual property, risk management and corporate governance.
The Legal Counsel will report to the General Counsel and work alongside the legal team to provide day to day legal advice related to contracts and other legal matters for departments and/or regions. The successful candidate will be on-site or hybrid from KGS Group’s Winnipeg location.
It is expected that this would be a full-time position, but KGS Group would consider other arrangements at the request of the applicant. Flexible schedules may also be accommodated.
