Salary: $137,573 to $229,292

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor legal counsel and articling students.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice on commercial, procurement, privacy, and compliance matters.
• Support corporate initiatives and advise senior leadership.
• Assist with planning, resource management, and service improvement.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or J.D. degree from a recognized law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Manitoba Bar.
• Minimum eight (8) years of corporate commercial law experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
