Provincial Court Judge – Winnipeg, Brandon and Portage la Prairie

The Judicial Appointment Committee welcomes the interest of qualified persons wishing to be considered for appointment to the Bench of The Provincial Court of Manitoba. Three positions are expected to be filled; one in Winnipeg, one in Brandon and one in Portage la Prairie.

Provincial Court appointments are made pursuant to The Provincial Court Act which requires applications to be accepted on an ongoing basis. Applications are reviewed on an annual basis.
