In-House Legal Counsel – Valley Fiber

Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with Valley Fiber on the search for an In-House Legal Counsel. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, this newly created role offers the opportunity to join a growing legal team supporting regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, real estate, construction, and corporate matters in a fast-paced, business-facing environment.

Qualifications:
• JD and Manitoba bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of corporate/commercial and/or regulatory experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with compliance, contracts, real estate, or construction matters is an asset

Preference will be given to Manitoba-based candidates, though remote flexibility is available for the right individual.
