The Legal Services Department is a full-service law office supporting all aspects of the operations of the City of Winnipeg.
As the Solicitor II (Land Development), you will:
- Provide legal advice, opinions and services to the City, its departments and committees of Council.
- Have conduct of complex commercial files in general and with a focus on land use planning, zoning and development.
- Draft, negotiate, review and interpret agreements and related documents, land title documentation, by-laws, policies and reports.
- Provide similar legal services in other practice areas, as required.
